My husband and I decided to start the search again for houses that would be a good fit for our family as our children grow. Jason didn’t hesitate to get the process started for us when we reached out and he was helpful and professional during the entire process. This was an emotional experience for us to decide to leave our first family home after 16 years but Jason was caring and sincere and made our experience smooth and easy. He balanced what we were looking for with what would be the best fit for our family. He was very patient and answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner, and made sure we knew everything we needed before we made our decision. During my first introductory call with him, he was notating our likes, dislikes, hot buttons, and wishlist items. He helped us narrow down our search to the perfect neighborhood and perfect home. "Jason was so wonderful to work with! We were relocating from out of state and Jason made us feel so at ease through out the entire home buying process. In the beginning we were torn on a new build or move in ready home. Jason took time during his holiday weekend to make sure we saw a house we were interested in because we were only in town a short time. We decided to go with a new build and Jason was extremely helpful during the entire process- from ensuring communication and updates from the build team to helping educate us on the typical new build experience. Our plans did ultimately change and we ended up having to relocate to a city just under two hours from the Charlotte area. We loved working with Jason and he was a lifesaver and continued to help us even with a long distance between him and the homes we were looking at. Jason went above and beyond, and drove to a house we loved, did a video call showing, and we bought the house without seeing it in person! The trust that was built through out this process due to Jason’s amazing communication and helpfulness is priceless. I can not recommend working with Jason enough!"

"My wife and I recently sold our home in Lake Wylie and purchased in Charlotte to drastically reduce office commute time. We had less than favorable experience with prior relocations and were initially hesitant to begin the process of moving. We reached out to Jason for his help coordinating everything and I am so glad we did. In two months, he not only sold our home at asking price, but helped us negotiate and purchase a new home in an area which we are in love with, only a 15min drive away from my wife’s work. We got what we strongly believe is a great deal on our new home. Most of the negotiations took place within 8 days of both homes being on the market, which also happened to overlap with Jason’s much deserved vacation time. While we were not expecting his full attention during that window, he went above and beyond and helped us get under contract on both sides during his downtime. We had an overall smooth closing process from start to end. Any items that came up were immediately triaged by Jason leaving us feeling a strong sense of confidence and relative relaxation during a time that tends to be so stressful for most. Jason’s attitude and directness is what it takes to get the process started and through the finish line successfully. He only works with vendors that are as dedicated as he is ensuring every point of the process is handled by someone skilled and devoted to getting the job done right.
